Returns
All return intent must be filed through email at [email protected] within 14 days after receiving your order for assessment and approval.
Here’s a quick return policy checklist for your reference:
- All item/s subject to return, refund, or exchange should strictly be processed 14 days from the date received.
- All tags should be intact and attached to the item/s.
- All item/s should be in their original packaging.
- All item/s should be packed neatly and securely with the invoice/ original receipt.
- All item/s should be in the same condition, unwashed, unworn, as when they first arrived.
- Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will not be accepted.
- Unless faulty, you’re responsible for the shipping costs to return garments to us.

Once your item has been received and processed, your total amount (minus shipping costs) will be refunded back to your original payment method. This can take up to 5-7 business days to appear on your account.
If you need to exchange a product, please include the desired item and/or size in your email. If the original product is out of stock, you may choose an item of equal value that is available in our store. If there are no sizes/options for your exchange, you will be refunded for your purchase minus shipping costs. You should receive a response within 24-48 hours during the week.
Exchanges
- Items must be in new condition with original tags still attached
- Washed items will not be accepted
- Must not smell of smoke, cologne or deodorant
- Defective Products / Wrong Item Received
Reminder:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- The customer shall take full responsibility for submitting the correct information.
- Fanli Apparel will not be liable for a refund on an incorrect account number provided by the customer.
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
- Fanli Apparel reserves the right to withhold any refunds, exchanges, or replacements if your original item has not reached our branch/warehouse.
- Voucher codes cannot be re-issued and are non-refundable. If you return an item purchased using a voucher code, only the final paid price (after the discount) will be refunded.
- Fanli Apparel’s will issue a return label for all the approved item return and exchange transactions for tracking number purposes. No return label updates, no refunds.
- The customer will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs when returning the item/s. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank.
